BUS 561 New Venture Funding

This course examines the process and techinques used in the Venture Capital industry and explores their application to new company formation. Students develop an understanding of the venture capital partnership, the tools used for valuation of new enterprises, the legal agreements used to structure the deal and its terms. Students will understand funding issues confronting the Entrepreneur.
