ENG 161 Thinking Through Literature: Reading and Writing Cultures of Food
ENG 161 invites students to explore a buffet of food literature - novels, short stories, poems, cookbooks, films - to learn more about how we compose and shape individual and cultural identities. In collaboration with ENV 161, students will also explore our relationship to the natural world through how we cultivate and consume food. Fulfills ENG 112 Core Requirement; Co-requisite with ENV 161.
