Students will engage with the visual arts through exploration, analysis and discussion, and by considering global influences, developments and intersections between the visual arts across cultures.  Artistic disciplines to be covered include, but are not limited to painting, architecture, sculpture and photography.  Students will learn how creativity and imagination expressed in visual arts shape ideas in historical and contemporary life. Students will engage with the performative arts through exploration, analysis and discussion, and by considering global influences, developments and intersections between the performative arts across cultures.  Artistic disciplines to be covered include, but are not limited to music, theatre, dance and film. Students will learn how creativity and imagination expressed in performative arts shape ideas in historical and contemporary life. Fee: $70

A course designed to involve students in the creative process while concentrating on the fundamental concepts of design through a series of exercises using a variety of art media. Fee: $55.
