This one credit course is the experiental component of the University of Portland’s Leader Certificate Program. During this course a Dexheimer Leader Habit Coach guides each student along his or her journey consisting of three leader habit development opportunities. You will receive an IP (In-Progress) grade until the completion of all course requirements. Course is graded P/NP. Fee: $750.

This one credit course focuses on building upon the framework of Hall Staff as educators, ministers, and professionals. During this course, through dialogue, reflection, and action, Resident Assistants explore what it means to be a leader and peer educator in the context of a residential community.
