Act as the administrator in charge of the University in the absence of the President, the Vice President for Academic Administration, and the Vice Presidents for Financial and Student Life

Oversee the alumni office and its programs

Represent the University to the alumni and other groups or persons interested in the progress of the University

Construct and maintain in cooperation with the President an active development program with the goal of providing additional financial resources for the University

Direct the University Advancement Office in all its activities

Perform such other duties and functions as the President may assign
