SPED 438 Consultation, Collaboration, and Transitions

Introduces school, family, and community partnerships to improve learning for students with disabilities. Develops understanding of the role of family systems including cultural and linguistic diversity to special education programs. Emphasizes the role of special education teachers in IEP development and transition planning. Offered odd years.
