DRA 212 Theatre History II

This course covers the development of theatre from 1660 through the diverse influences which shaped the theatre of the twentieth century. Topics include the history, aesthetics, and representative dramatic literature of the period. Upon completion, students should be able to trace the evolution of theatre and recognize the styles and types of world drama. This course has been approved to transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement and the Independent Comprehensive Articulation Agreement as a general education course in Humanities/Fine Arts.
