Full-time Student Status

Students enrolled in 12 or more semester hours of credit are considered full-time students. Students who gain
admission to the college as learning support students can enroll only in learning support courses until they achieve atleast provisional admission status (see Provisional and Learning Support Admission). Should the number of hourslearning support students qualify to take in any given semester be less than 12 semester credit hours, the executive director of registration and records may identify those students as full-time students for insurance verification purposes.
