PARA 1220 Intellectual Property (3-0-3)
This course introduces the student to the various fields of intellectual property, including: copyrights, Trademarks, Trade Secrets, Unfair Competition, and Patents. Student will practice basic search approaches for copyrights, trademarks, and patents along with rafting applications for such. The course take a practice-oriented approach to the subject of intellectual property.
