PSJ 301 Restorative Justice
Prerequisite: junior standing
An examination of the theories, principles, and practices of Restorative Justice. Attention is given to the indigenous and non-western roots of restorative justice as well as the application of restorative justice to contemporary issues such as mass incarceration, trauma healing, education, community development, and racial justice. NOTE: Noncredit for students who completed PSJ 286: Restorative Justice
