This course builds the professional, interpersonal, and workplace readiness skills essential for success in industrial trades. Students will develop competencies in communication, teamwork, safety culture, problem‑solving, professionalism, and career development.

- Apply effective verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills to collaborate productively in diverse, team-based workplace settings.

- Analyze and evaluate workplace behaviors and scenarios to support safe practices, regulatory compliance, and effective conflict resolution.
