(2) College-level reading, writing, and math proficiency; class='sc-courselink' href='/en/catalogs/metropolitan-community-college/2019-2020/course-catalog/courses/bios-biology/1000/bios-1010'>BIOS 1010 or BIOS 1111 or equivalent - must be completed prior to taking this course.

Corequisite

(1) BIOS 2310L - must be taken at the same time as this course.

Pre Co Requisite

(1) CHEM 1010; or CHEM 1210 and CHEM 1211; or CHEM 1212 - must be taken either prior to or at the same time as this course.

Course Description

This course presents an in-depth study of human anatomy and physiology by examining cell function, tissues, and the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems. Students registering for this course must also register for BIOS 2310L, which is the laboratory component of the course. NOTE: CHEM 1010, CHEM 1211, or CHEM 1212 must be successfully completed prior to or concurrently to taking BIOS 2310 Anatomy and Physiology I.
