5-4 School Committees

(a) Membership

There shall be School-specific faculty committees for the various programs within each School. Each committee shall be composed of faculty members in the program and other members as deemed appropriate by the committee.

(b) Purposes

Each committee shall provide a forum for programmatic discussion and decision making on (i) curriculum content; (ii) student admissions and recruitment; (iii) degree requirements; (iv) student concerns; (v) recruitment of faculty members; (vi) Institute and program planning; (vii) Faculty concerns; and (viii) resource allocation.
