Extra Service Pay

Extra service pay for faculty on 12-month appointments and faculty on 10-month appointments during the academic year is warranted only on a one-time basis under exceptional circumstances. If a faculty member regularly is asked to teach beyond the usual teaching load, the workload will be adjusted to maintain the Institute’s standard workload policy.
