Salaries

Faculty salaries are set at the time of initial appointment and are based on percentage of FTE, rank, and prior service. The Compensation Committee annually reviews aggregate data on Institute faculty salaries and competitors. Promotion triggers a salary review and may result in a salary adjustment to reflect the advancement in rank.
