10.1.2 Resolution of Program Complaints

All program complaints will be handled by the Program Director who will notify the complainant in writing of any action taken. The complaint may be discussed with the MHA Programmatic Committee at the discretion of the Program Director with anonymity to protect the student’s confidentiality.
