VI. Maintaining Integrity
To maintain integrity of the academic enterprise, faculty members are obligated to conduct business free from undue influence. Each year, faculty members must disclose any financial interest, intellectual property, or unpaid associations that might negatively impact their roles at the Institute. In addition, faculty members must also abide by certain policies designed to encourage their engagement with professional and clinical associations while limiting potential conflicts of interest.
