5. Violations of Academic Integrity
Academic integrity is a serious component of professional and ethical behavior, requiring mutual trust and cooperation between faculty and students — each student is responsible for doing their own work. Any student who witnesses or has reason to suspect cheating or plagiarism has an ethical and professional obligation to report it to a faculty member. Any student suspected of cheating, or of failing to report academic dishonesty, will be reported to the Program Director and subject to disciplinary action as specified in the University Catalog.
All students and faculty must sign a form acknowledging review of the "Policy on Academic Integrity" as a condition of enrollment.
