Appendix B: Program Manual Attestation
The students in the MSDA Program are responsible for reading and understanding the policies and procedures that reflect the purposes and requirements of the academic and fieldwork programs at the Mass General Brigham University of Health Professions of Health Professions, as provided in the University Catalog and the MSDA Program Manual.
The statements contained within the MSDA Program Manual serve as a supplement to the University Catalog, delineating policies and procedures that are specific to the MSDA Program.
Students will be expected to attest to knowing and agree to abide by the policies and procedures contained within the University Catalog and the Program Manual for the MSDA Program. Any questions regarding policies and procedures should be directed to the Program Director.
I understand that I am responsible for knowing and abiding by the policies and procedures contained within the University Catalog and the Program Manual for the MSDA Program. All questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I understand these policies are subject to revision, and that I will receive due notice of any changes that are relevant to my status in the program.
