6.1 Email
Each student will receive an University e-mail address. E-mail will be a primary mechanism for communication between faculty and students. Students are required to check their Mass General Brigham University of Health Professions email daily. This e-mail address will be the primary mechanism for University communication. Desire 2 Learn (D2L) will also be used for program and course-level communication. See information technology (IT) staff for procedures for checking University e-mail from home.
All correspondence requiring response from course instructors and the program director are requested within 48 business hours. Students should expect to hear from the program director and instructors within 48 business hours of email receipt.
