Students will be introduced to the role of the group and sociocultural factors in the development of behaviors in individuals, with special attention given to group dynamics. Illustrations will be presented on how social psychologists study people and formulate theories. The history of social psychology, perception, cognition, influence, attitudes, relationships, altruism, influence, attitudes, relationships, altruism, topics that will be covered.
