Transcript Classifications

Ottawa University has three transcript divisions: undergraduate, graduate and professional education. A separate grade point average is calculated for each.

The undergraduate transcript reflects coursework taken by students (degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking) who do not hold a bachelor’s degree and students who are pursuing Teacher Certification/Licensure. The graduate transcript reflects coursework taken by students (degree-seeking, non-degree seeking, CGS, and CAGS) enrolled in master’s level courses.

The professional education transcript reflects graduate-level professional development and recertification courses.
