Ec 569 Introduction to Econometrics

General survey of empirical techniques useful for economic analysis. Focus on the applications of mathematical tools and regression analysis in economics. Quantitative topics will be introduced systematically with hands-on case studies and examples related to the fields of economics, public policy, and urban studies. This course will not be counted as credit for economics graduate students, but may be taken by graduate students in other programs. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Ec 469 and may be taken only once for credit.
