Geog 449 Geography of Food

This class explores the geography of food: food production, distribution, preparation, and consumption; food politics, markets, urban and commercial farming; food movements, connections of cuisines and regions, and foods and farming in the Pacific Northwest. Also offered as graduate-level credit as Geog 549 and may be taken only once for credit.
