CSIT 121 Computer Science I
An introductory course to computer procedural (structural) programming. Topics included: review of algorithms and flowcharts, input/output operations, arithmetic operations and expressions, logic and logic expressions, decision and repetition structures, arrays, matrices, basic text file operations, simple random number generation, built-in and user-defined functions, and parameter passing types. Simple recursive functions, searching, and sorting algorithms are discussed. The bug and debugging concepts are explained, and using debugging tools is practiced.
