This course explores the practices that develop businesses that are both more productive and better places to work. It examines the features of businesses that have been both profitable and employee-friendly. Special attention will be given to researching organizations that have consistently been designated as good places to work.

This course examines practices that help an individual to develop better leadership skills for any leadership situation. Special attention is given to understanding personal strengths and developing skills in relating to other people.
