PA 662 Family Medicine Supervised Clinical Practice
Provides direct patient care clinical experiences, under the supervision of a clinical preceptor, specific to the practice of family medicine. The emphasis is on providing primary care to patients throughout the lifespan, including the evaluation and management of patients presenting with conditions and illnesses commonly seen in the family medicine practice setting. Course delivery methods for teaching and learning include hands-on clinical experiences with direct patient care and preceptor/clinician formative feedback and evaluations.
