MATH 0997 Paired Support for Quantitative Skills and Reasoning (3-0-3)

This course provides mathematical support for students enrolled in MATH 1100—Quantitative Skills and Reasoning. Students take this course concurrently with MATH 1100. Topics include sets and set operations, logic, basic probability, data analysis, linear models, quadratic models, exponential and logarithmic models, geometry, and financial management. Students receive support in understanding the topics covered and the use of appropriate technology to enhance their mathematical thinking and understanding. Students must pay a $70 supply fee when registering for this course.
