EDB 58501 Interpretive Management (CIM)

This course is designed to prepare one to manage an interpretive facility, supervise staff, prepare budgets, or be otherwise responsible for the daily operations of an interpretive site. Covers overview of interpretation; planning strategies with heavy emphasis on business planning, marketing, and budgeting; personnel and time management; and contract management.
