INTL 58032 International Management
This course focuses
on management issues on an international scale. These issues include: strategy formulation and implementation; organizational structure; managerial decision-making and control; and human resource related topics such as leadership, motivation, employee selection and development. Students will be expected to demonstrate understanding of these concepts and issues through various applications.
