IIT 55100 Elements of Data Warehousing and Mining

This course focuses on business intelligence. It gives a perspective to the major steps in developing and using a data warehouse. The student will create a project plan and business justification for a data warehouse, develop a dimensional data model, develop a data transfer and staging process, and develop a data access process. Lab fee required.
