4-4 Reference Committee

(a) Composition

(i) The Reference Committee shall be comprised of the Chair, Chair-elect and Clerk. Additional members may be added by appointment of the Chair.

(b) Roles and Responsibility

(i) All Faculty business shall be directed to the Reference Committee for review, format construction and agenda placement as appropriate according to the Standing Rules.

(ii) The Reference Committee will serve as the committee to review the minutes of the Senate.

(iii) An annual calendar of Senate, Standing Committees, and Faculty meetings, based on the timeline identified in the Standard Annual Calendar, will be developed and distributed by the Reference Committee.
