2-2 Rights and Privileges of Members

All faculty members have the right and privilege of attending all meetings (Senate Meetings and All-Faculty Meetings).

The rights and privileges of faculty members are outlined according to the previously specified designations:

(a) Regular faculty members have the right and privilege to:

     a. Attend all Senate meetings and All-Faculty meetings

     b. Vote

     c. Hold the offices described in these Bylaws, with the exception of Department Chairs;

     d. Serve as chairperson or member of standing committees; and

     e. Serve as chairperson or member of a joint standing committee of the Faculty and Board of Trustees

(b) Part-Time and Adjunct faculty members have the right and privilege to:

     a. Attend all meetings

     b. Speak and debate at meetings, but may not vote
