Student Complaints

In the event a student is considering a complaint within the School of Nursing, the student is strongly advised to make an appointment with their faculty advisor.

Following that meeting if the student chooses to proceed with the complaint, the student completes the IHP Student Incident Report form: Student Incident Report - Formstack.
