Psychology Major, Elementary Education
Elementary Education students may select a second major in Psychology to fulfill their standard teaching concentration requirement. The Psychology major prepares students to use psychological concepts and theories and provides a foundation for further graduate study. Students may apply their knowledge to a number of settings, including the classroom.
Major Details:
- Requires 45 QH including Psychology courses taken as part of the General Education requirement
- Requires 25 QH of upper level coursework
- 25 QH of the upper level courses must be taken at NLU
- Requires a minimum grade of “C” for each course in the major
