Concentration Details:
- Requires 20 QH for completion
- 15 QH must be taken at NLU
- Requires a minimum grade of “C” for each course in the concentration

Note: Students in B.A. in Business Administration program are required to complete OBD 432 in lieu of HRM 400.
Advanced standing requirements:
Students completing select undergraduate courses in the Human Resource Management concentration are eligible to have these courses applied to degree requirements both in their current undergraduate program and, upon meeting eligibility criteria and acceptance to an NLU graduate program, to one of specifically designated graduate programs. This concentration serves as an advanced pathway to the following graduate degrees:
