CE 468 Soil and Groundwater Restoration
Methods for restoring contaminated soil and groundwater; Factors and processes influencing the efficacy of remediation systems. Emphasis on the scientific principles upon which soil and groundwater remediation is based. Containment, pump and treat, cosolvents and surfactants, soil venting, in-situ physical and chemical treatment. Also offered for graduate-level credit as CE 568 and may be taken only once for credit.
