Mktg 562S Customer Information and Relationship Management

Examines the operational, organizational and behavioral issues that surround customer relationship management. It explores the marketing processes and strategies that are needed to differentiate and interact with customers through customized offerings. Database mining techniques are used to analyze and address customer needs. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Mktg 462 and may be taken only once for credit.
