Requirements
As population worldwide becomes concentrated in cities and metropolitan regions, it has become imperative that urban development occur in a sustainable and resilient manner. The minor in Sustainable Urban Development will provide students with an opportunity to further their understanding of what it will take to make cities sustainable. Students who complete the minor will understand environmental, economic, and social sustainability as they relate to issues and challenges of making places sustainable. The minor requires a total of 24-27 credits.
