Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) - Sport Administration Online Program

The Master of Science in Education in Sport Administration is a completely online program which prepares students for leadership and administration in a variety of sport industries. The versatile online format allows students to work full-time while earning a graduate degree. This accelerated program can be completed in as few as 12 months. Students with a valid Texas teaching certificate and acceptance into the College of Education principal certification pathway are eligible to sit for the Texas principal certification exam. Students will complete 33 hours of academic coursework and a 3 credit hour internship (numbers of contact hours dependent upon pathway).

Program Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
  2. 3.0 GPA
  3. Interview with EXSS Graduate Program Director
  4. Admission to College of Education Principal Certification pathway (for those wishing to certify as a principal)
