These are usually two year programs and students receive an Associate Degree upon completion. Loma Linda University (LLU) offers this program with one year of college prerequisite courses and one year of training at LLU. Courses with grades below C do not count on the program. A minimum of 80 hours work/observation experience required in a physical therapy department, 20 hours of which must be in an in-patient setting and 20 hours in an outpatient setting.

To meet minimum total of 48 quarter hours.

A minimum of 80 hours of documented volunteer/work experience, with a Physical Therapist.
