SOWK 612 Leadership Theory

Course provides broad coverage of leadership theory. Examines research evidence to support theoretical approaches and the implications to inform practice and future research. Multi-faceted analyses will include but not be limited to issues such as ethics, power, equity, diversity, inclusion, problem-solving, and organizational development.
