SPED 210 Introduction to Special Education and Inclusive Classrooms

Examines the social, historical, ethical, and legal foundations of special education and inclusive classrooms. Discusses the full range of student abilities and disabilities, and the strategies for developing the required individualized education program. University students will be required to complete a criminal background check by the Washington State Patrol and fingerprinting by the FBI. Field experience required.
