This career certificate allows hospitality and culinary professionals an opportunity to further their education, enhance their career, improve customer service, and stay competitive in the marketplace. To receive the National Restaurant Association’s ManageFirst Credential, students must earn NRAEF certification in the core credential courses plus certification in one additional course listed, log 800 hours of industry work, and complete a separate application process.
