26.9. Patient Logs
Students are required to keep a program-specified clinical log (E*Value) of each patient encounter. The patient logs must be completed within seven days of the experience. After that time, the logging site will not allow submissions, resulting in a possible lowered grade, an incomplete for the course, probation or dismissal from the Program. The Program will be using E*Value to capture clinical experiences. This allows the Program to run reports for ongoing monitoring of clinical experiences and to ensure that students are meeting the requirements of the Program.
