7. Faculty Advising

Each student will be assigned a faculty advisor for their duration of matriculation at the Institute. The advisor will:

  •  Meet with their assigned advisees once per semester, at a minimum, to review student progress in the program and provide academic counseling when necessary.
  • Advise students about relevant Institute and Program academic policies.
  • Be available to discuss issues regarding challenges related to academics or personal circumstances that may impact learning and professional development. Coordinate with other faculty advisors and program administration, when indicated to support student needs.

If you need support regarding your relationship with your faculty advisor, contact the Director of Didactic Education, Director of Clinical Education, Associate Program Director or Program Director.
