Psychology/Human Development Major, Elementary Education

Elementary Education students may select a major in Psychology/Human Development to fulfill their standard teaching concentration requirement. Students may apply their knowledge to a number of settings, including the classroom.

This major requires:

  • 45 QH including Psychology/Human Development courses taken as part of the General Education requirement
  • 25 QH of upper level coursework
  • 25 QH of upper level courses must be taken at NLU
  • A minimum grade of “C” for each course in the major
