Project Management, Graduate Certificate
The Graduate School of Business and Leadership Project Management certificate incorporates three courses that build upon one another, providing the project management skillset that individuals in any field or position can benefit from. The project management certificate is designed to develop skills for planning, managing, and participating in projects. Students also learn the importance and approach towards organizational change and how to lead the change to ensure a focused and sustainable implementation of projects. Students do not need to be in a project management role to complete the certificate.

- Requires completion of 9 SH
- Requires a min grade of "B" or better in all courses
- Transfer credit may be accepted toward PJM 526 Project Management course
Program Learning Outcomes
PLO-1: Use project management principles, methodologies, and techniques to effectively plan and oversee project performance across key domains, such as scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication.
PLO-2: Evaluate projects to enhance the value and performance of contemporary organizations.
PLO-3: Create a portfolio of strategic options that focus an organization’s resources to execute its strategy.
PLO-4: Create a plan to communicate and lead a strategic change within an organization.
