This course is designed as an elective for students engaged in Christian Missions with an interest in learning basic language skills and understanding the culture of the Spanish-speaking world. Emphasis is on vocabulary of Biblical terms in Spanish, learning basic greetings and phrases used during evangelistic outreach or missions, basic conversational skills, and general understanding of the cultural aspects of the Spanish-speaking countries. Some knowledge of Spanish is recommended, but not required.
