Housing Administration Fees

A Housing Administration Fee is required for all university-owned Village Housing units before the key is given to the tenant. This fee is non-refundable and is required anytime a tenant occupies a residence. The fee is charged separately to each tenant ($350 for a married couple or single occupancy of a two bedroom apartment.)

The Housing Administration Fee covers administrative costs, basic carpet cleaning, and routine touch-up cleaning after moving out. Upon vacating, tenants are responsible for restoring the residence to the condition it was upon move in. If there are charges for additional cleaning or damage, items left, delayed departure, or failure to return keys that exceed the Housing Administration Fee paid, these charges will be added to the student's account after moving out.
